Our organisation is raising funds for AAAdventure Kids Camp 2025. The Alopecia Areata Adventure Camp is an opportunity for kids aged 18 and under with any form of Alopecia Areata to come together for an exciting weekend. The camp is free for kids with AA, including flights, meals, accommodation and activities. The Australian Foundation for Children with AIDS is a fully registered and DGR approved Charity in Australia. Our aim is to support children and their carers who have been infected or impacted by HIV AIDS in 5 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. These countries are Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Zimbabwe and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our fundraising supports two orphanages in Bulawayo and multiple income producing projects in Kenya and Zimbabwe, for the carers of these orphans.

As part of efforts to address the Sub Branch’s financial challenges, it has become necessary to consider selling the current premises to clear outstanding debts. Plans are underway to secure suitable new premises that will allow the Sub Branch to continue its mission: welcoming all who serve, supporting those in need, and honouring the memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The new location will require a significant upgrade to its toilet facilities, at a significant cost.
Citizen Advocacy works to ensure that the rights, needs, and concerns of people with intellectual disability are not only heard but acted upon. By uniting local community members with individuals, we bring about meaningful transformation in our communities to people who are isolated, vulnerable and are at risk of abuse, neglect and exploitation.

Every two years Cubs can attend a Cuboree which is a weekend full of activities.
To achieve as many of City of Devonport Cubs attending we hope to raise funds to assist with the cost of the event.
The Hobart Nepali Church runs a Learner Driver Mentor Program to support
Nepalese-speaking residents in Hobart. Many new arrivals struggle to find jobs due to limited public transport and not having a drivers’ license. This program has been running since 2018 and has helped 250 students get their P-Plates.
The initiative is powered by volunteer driver mentors, and it’s a great example of a local community stepping up to meet a real need.
All fundraising through the Recycle Rewards scheme, will go towards the ongoing up keep of our building (Lodge) at Arthurs Lake.
Having the largest junior cricket program in Tasmania, CDCC feels obliged to provide the best cricketing environment to female cricketers through a positive and well resourced playing experience, and increased skill development. Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition affecting over 100 Tasmanians and there is no cure. Life expectancy is just 57 years of age.
Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania is a small charity that supports Tasmanians living with CF and their loved ones. We rely on the generosity of individuals, businesses and community organisations for donations and help with fundraising and grants.These funds are used to buy medical equipment for CF patients and provide valuable financial support to those impacted.

Elphin Sports Centre is launching a fundraising campaign to install drink bottle refill stations throughout the venue. These stations will offer a convenient, sustainable way for players, spectators, and visitors to stay hydrated while supporting a healthier and more environmentally friendly facility.
We are all volunteers giving time to keep The Village open for community benefit. We rely on fundraising activities to meet our expenses to keep The Village functioning and open. Last financial year this cost was $13,300 and expect this year will be $13,500 or $37 per day, this does not include major maintenance. Currently some of the buildings require painting and other general maintenance which may cost as much as $5,000.

Marine Rescue volunteers undertake a range of specialist training including an annual update of basic first aid qualifications and extending to mental health first aid and trauma workshops.
The need for wildlife rescue in Tasmania never stops. Bonorong is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and last year we answered nearly 18,000 calls for help. This constant demand, which grows by hundreds each year, underscores the urgent need for your support. Your donation directly fuels our ability to respond immediately, providing critical care and hope for injured and orphaned wildlife across the State.

Friends of the Theatre Royal Inc (FOTR) fundraising helps young people experience live theatre: attending performances, finding out what happens backstage, and exploring careers in the performing arts. FOTR also provides guided tours of Hobart’s iconic Theatre Royal, curates historical documents and artefacts, and provides assistance for accessibility initiatives.

The Hobart Clothing Hub provides free, new clothing to vulnerable individuals. We are key charity partners with Thread Together who redirect new, unsold clothing destined for landfill to people doing it tough. We do this through three main pathways: our Clothing Hub in Hobart, our mobile wardrobe taking clothes to regional areas in Southern Tasmania, and site wardrobes in women’s shelters, homelessness services, RHH and Prisons Tasmania. We partner with over 80 services and government agencies.
Our club has grown to accommodate Mens Seniors, Reserves and Under 18s, as well as Masters both Womens and Mens. Associated with this growing cost is more equipment for all five teams, including Footballs, bibs, training aids etc.

It’s the hardest time of life, being present to care for someone you love 24/7 because they have an incurable illness and their time is limited. Help us to help them by sending a volunteer angel to take the load off for a while. Our Palhelp volunteers can spend 2-3 hours every week in a person’s home, providing compassionate support and giving their carer a much-needed break.

Lions Club of Bridport would like our Bridport Community to fully support Tasmania’s Container Refund Scheme – Recycle Rewards. This scheme offers a 10 cent refund to consumers for returning eligible drink containers at refund points across Tasmania.
The scheme aims to reduce Tasmania’s litter of drink containers by up to half, create new economic opportunities, generate new jobs and turn eligible drink containers into new recycled products.
With the introduction of Recycle Rewards on the 1st of May 2025

We provide face-to-face contact for our local military veterans and their families. This may be a simple cup of coffee with an ex-digger to larger fundraising efforts for veterans in dire need of support. Our members range across all three services , Army, Navy and Air Force so their is always someone or something we will have in common with a veteran in need.
The MCPA has many fundraising activities to support the running costs of providing a safe and enjoyable swimming pool for both the locals and tourists to use. The facility is maintained and managed by on a voluntary basis by community members and the fundraising activities provide necessary financial support in the costs associated with keeping the pool open. All proceeds go to the continual management and upgrades of the Mole Creek Swimming Pool.
We are a not-for-profit run entirely by volunteers. Our priorities are preventing invasive weeds moving into the Mount Roland Regional Reserve and our annual tree planting program. We organize working bees, field days and community forums designed to engage and share knowledge with the community, and to encourage and build connection between the community and local environment. Donating just 80 containers ($8) is all it takes to plant another tree; or contribute to our other activities.

NENA are fundraising to assist with funding to replace timber seating in one of our spectator grandstands. This grandstand is 30+ years old, with the timber seating slats exposed to the elements 24hrs a day, and now showing signs of cracks, breakage and shrinkage.

To raise funds to support the operations of the North Hobart Football Club in providing a safe and inclusive environment for males and females to play Australian rules football.
We are the sole soccer club representing the northern suburbs of Launceston. We are based at Churchill Park in Invermay. Mixed youth age ranges from 5-17 years of age. The club’s juniors compete in the Northern Tasmania Junior Soccer Association competition (NTJSA).
We are fundraising for new sporting equipment for training/games, skill acquisition sessions for all ages – for example mini roo workshops and sponsoring individual players for regional team games.
Purchase of additional training equipment to facilitate the coaching of younger people within the community and from the local schools. Our aim is to encourage more younger people to participate and “Get Into Golf”. This fundraising initiative will further contribute to the purchase of additional golf carts for the use by older members of the community to encourage their participation in golf which will improve their general wellbeing.
North West Bay Scouts are aged from 5 to 18 years old and all age groups go camping several times every year. While we look after our camping gear carefully it does wear out and right now we need to replace our tents, stoves and other camping gear. We would be very grateful for your donation and all funds will provide wonderful opportunities for the kids to experience the great outdoors and learn new skills.
Our major event Ecofest occurs annually and is now booked in as a 2-day event in April 2026 at Camp Clayton. This event requires many months of planning to run an event that has a low carbon footprint and spreads knowledge of more sustainable solutions for living well here. One focus for next year is the importance of how we all use energy and better ways to reduce that consumption.
The Burnie Hospital Kiosk Auxiliary is run by volunteers. All profits go to the hospital for purchasing items that are used/needed by patients, staff and visitors.
Recently we have donated bench seats that are located outside the main entrance of the hospital, as well as jack and jill seats in the corridors. Other items include bladder scanners, chairs for visitors in Medical ward, blanket warmers, just to name a few.

OHA Hockey Club fosters youth participation, promoting health and wellbeing through various programs and inclusive hockey opportunities for all ages and skill levels. Understanding financial barriers in sports, the club uses funds from the Recycle Rewards program to provide vital coaching, officiating support, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
The Orford Golf Club has identified a program of works to improve our course, including upgrading our old irrigation system, fairway restoration, tee renovation, tree planting and course maintenance equipment. This will require funds outside of our annual budget and we are looking at a range of fundraising opportunities. Pets in the Park (PITP) is a volunteer led charitable organisation that provides free veterinary services to the pets of people experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to assist and improve the lives of homeless people by caring for their companion animals in recognition of the power and importance of the human-animal bond. PITP hold monthly pop-up clinics in the Hobart & Launceston CBD. Donations will be used to support our services to improve the health & welfare of much-loved companion pets
We are aiming to improve the car park at the club.
This will involve putting down some fresh bitumen and fill in quite a few of the potholes.
The clubhouse was destroyed by arson in 2020, and while a contemporary building opened last year, only the basics were done.
In a village with no community hall, our clubhouse in used by the entire community for all its gatherings. We need an electric BBQ, Solar Panels and Batteries, Audiovisual gear and more; not just for Club use; but for local weddings, for other groups in the surrounding area, and if a future natural disaster occurs.
Our club is vital for the whole of Tasmania’s Far South.
The PSGC rely on fundraising events and members to maintain the Golf Course. Supporting the Club via the Recycle Rewards program will allow us to purchase much needed equipment for our Course. Our Club has members from neighbouring municipalities and attracts visitors from intra and interstate due to our desirable location (close to beaches and multiple water activities). Delivering a quality course that is challenging but enjoyable is our goal.

Art From Trash is an Annual Art Exhibition that celebrates creative reuse of discarded materials to produce amazing visual art. Open from 18 to 27 July at the Salamanca Art Centre.
Established in 1993 by our NFP Workers Cooperative, the AFT exhibition has become an iconic exposé of creativity through reuse. This event has proved itself as a powerful and much needed change agent for a better future.

Riana Primary School runs a weekly Kitchen Garden Program where students from Grades 2-6 get hands-on experience in both gardening and cooking. Around half of Tasmanian households experience some level of food insecurity. Loaves and Fishes Tasmania repurposes donated or low-cost food, distributing meals to 250+ agencies to feed Tasmanians in need. Our Rotary club will donate refunds received under the Recycle Rewards Scheme directly to Loaves and Fishes. We aim to deliver 20,000 eligible drinking containers per month to the Recycle Rewards vending machines or any Depot in Tasmania, thus generating $2000 per month until Christmas 2025.
Scottsdale Rotary established the north east rail trail and now works to maintain and enhance it and the experience it offers to locals and visitors. The current project is to rehabilitate the Scottsdale railway station as a trail focal point offering ablution, kitchen and meeting facilities as well as being the hub for the annual run and ride event along the rail trail.

We provide care for the companion animals of people escaping domestic/family violence or who are temporarily hospitalised or homeless.
Safe Beds is a statewide offering with around 150 participants each year. This unique service requires significant resources to transport animals from unsafe situations into temporary homes safely. Our Safe Beds animals stay with us for between a week and 18 months while their owners get back on their feet. Our only goal here is to reunite people and their pets.

St David’s Cathedral Foundation Ltd exists to support the infrastructure of St David’s Cathedral, to enable religious, community and related activities. Sourcing funding is essential to enable sandstone and infrastructure repairs to ensure that this iconic building (on the corner of Macquarie and Murray Streets) offers an accessible and safe environment for all.
We are a small Catholic primary school on the West Coast of Tasmania. Any funds donated will be used to support our students.
The school’s café (Murphy’s) is a sustainable café, in terms of the waste produced, and the food offered. The café sources as much food as it can from the school’s garden and the food sold is homemade and sourced from local ingredients. Murphy’s does not use any disposable packaging, only biomaterials and all organic waste is composted on site. Money raised will go to supporting the garden and composting system, which in turn benefits the students.
Our clients want to establish a fruit and vegetable garden program. They want to raise seedlings, plant them out, grow fruits and vegetables and then harvest them and use them in their cooking program.

Tam O’Shanter Golf & Community Club and Weymouth Fire Brigade have teamed up to raise funds. The Golf Club is raising funds for vital servicing and replacement of equipment for golf course maintenance and the Fire Brigade is looking to purchase a medical oxygen kit and some portable lighting as well as support their community & volunteer initiatives such as the Kids Christmas Lolly run. Both organisations are volunteer run and all funds raised will essentially benefit our local community!
Tamar Canoe Club has served Northern Tasmania for over 35 years, promoting paddle sports and providing recreational and competitive opportunities for all ages. We are developing a Paddle Sports Park at Blackstone Heights to create a safe, year-round venue for canoe polo, slalom, and community paddling. Funds from this scheme will directly support its development, benefiting athletes, schools, and outdoor enthusiasts.
The club is looking to raise money to enable “shoe swapping”. Rowers with large or small feet will be able to select shoes that fit them and swap them into the boat / seat they are rowing in.
Rowers with their own shoes will be able to do the same. Use the shoes that fit them in the boats they use.
The benefit of this approach is to improve the rowing experience for all with the right shoes in all boats.
We are fundraising to instal two AEDs located such that all Taroona residents live within 500 m of a 24/7 publicly accessible AED.
Volunteers and coaches work hard to make Taroona FC a successful and enjoyable club to belong to. We rely on the kindness and support of the community to ensure our club is competitive and importantly sustainable for the future.

Tasmania Wildlife Hospital supports native wildlife across the North & North-West, providing free vet treatment, critical care and rehabilitation for sick, injured or orphaned wildlife. Whether its an echidna hit by a car, a joey without its mum or a raptor tangled in fencing, demand for our veterinary support grows yearly. From life-saving surgery, X-rays, weeks of rehab to species-specific food & medicine this critical care is only made possible with support from local community & businesses
Our peer support volunteer provides emotional and social support to others who share a common experience. The commonality may not be in relation to a specific challenge but rather to the struggle and emotional pain that can accompany the feeling of loss and/or hopelessness of limb loss. Each person is unique in their experience and path towards recovery. Peer support is well-established in the knowledge that hope is the starting point from which a journey of recovery begins. It a free service.

The Tasmanian Lion Foundation (Disaster Relief) Foundation is aiming to have a suitable fund in-place so future disasters within Tasmania can be given substantial immediate financial assisted.
We are raising funds to help provide support for families of multiple births (twins, triplets, higher order multiples). The funds raised will help to keep our support programs and events such as our regular play groups and parent/carer programs running. Raising twins is 5x more expensive and triplets 13x more expensive than raising a singleton. Parents and carers of multiples often for go essential supports due to the cost of raising multiples.
The Tasmanian Online Lions Club is creating a one stop website about coercive control and family violence for Tasmanians. It will explain what it looks like, how it feels, how to recognise it in your family and friends groups, and where help and support can be accessed in Tasmania.
The website has been co-designed with Tasmanians with lived experience and organisations providing support across. All want to share their knowledge and help others avoid the mistakes and denial that they experienced.

Tassie Mums provides essential baby and children’s items to social service organisation across Tasmania that work with vulnerable and at-risk children. Supporting 2,523 children in 28 (of 29) council areas in 2023/24. Our bundles diverted 160,000 items of clothing from landfill and returned $850,000 worth of goods back into community. Funding will contribute to much needed items like cots, car seats and prams that directly benefit the health and well-being of vulnerable and at-risk Tassie kids.

14 landowners, including elderly and disabled members of our group, have come together to eradicate foxgloves and stop them spreading into Wellington Park. By tackling them on a landscape scale and using contractors to help with those unable to manage weed control on their forever homes, we know we’ve got the best chance of eradicating this noxious weed from an area of high biodiversity and conservation values.
We believe all children deserve the same opportunities in life! Our mission is to support Tassie kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage, or living with disability. Funds raised will go towards our state-wide Variety School Breakfast Club, emergency financial relief and equipment grants (such as wheelchairs), all abilities Variety Kids Sports Days, Variety Motor Mouth Camp for non-verbal kids and much more! Last year we granted more than $500,000 reaching over 13,000 kids across Tasmania.

We are encouraging members to recycle their bottles and donate to West Devonport Hockey Club to help purchase hockey balls. Each member has their own target of 20 bottles to reach our overall target.
The West Moonah Neighbourhood House is a social hub providing opportunities for the community, featuring a Community Shed, Garden and Preschool. The House provides a wide range of support services and activities and actively works towards meeting the needs of the community. Many members within our community and surrounding areas are experiencing housing stress and food insecurity, and the House provides food relief and referrals to assist.
Westbury RSL is continually providing support to the veteran community. The aim of this campaign is to add extra finance to our welfare account to enable continuation of this service over the next 12 months.

We are a sporting–club that has been based in New Town for 60 years. We currently field 3 men’s and 2 women’s adult soccer teams, plus teams comprising 100 juniors aged from 4 years to 12.

Wyndarra is building Specialised Disability Accommodation to help people with disabilities remain living in Circular Head. We’ve secured adjoining land and completed plans for 3 modern, accessible units in Stage 1, with more stages planned. Our vision is a welcoming, inclusive village—but we need your help to bring it to life.
One of our primary objectives is to promote aviation on the North West Coast of Tasmania. In doing so, we do come across families who have young teenagers who would love to get involved in aviation but due to family financial restraints are not able to do so. These scholarships will help us provide financial support to these families. We will be offering scholarships in all aspects of aviation which includes but not limited to such things as piloting, engineering and avionics training.
