How to fundraise

Individuals can also fundraise through Recycle Rewards which provides an exciting fundraising channel that also helps to clean up our beautiful Tassie environment.

To fundraise as an individual, you will need to register to participate in the scheme as a member, not as a donation partner, as the donation partner registry is limited to organisations.

Once you sign up you can share your barcode with your family and friends and enable them to support your fundraising efforts.

Tips to get started

Promote your cause

Register with as a member and share your details with your supporters. Spread the word about what you are fundraising for, and then through the app you can also track your progress against your goal.

Get collecting!

Make it easy for people to donate their eligible drink containers to you. Collect from your community, family and friends and become a regular at your local refund point!

100% of the donated refund goes to your chosen individual fundraiser or Donation Partner. 

How do I sign up as an individual fundraiser?

A Donation Partner is a not-for-profit organisation that has been registered and approved to receive donated refunds.

To fundraise as an individual, you register to participate in the scheme as a member, not as a Donation Partner, as the Donation Partner Registry is limited to organisations.
