Complaint handling process
Recycle Rewards is committed to effective complaints management and complaints received will be treated in a confidential, responsive and fair manner.
Any complaints will be managed in accordance with the Recycle Rewards complaints handling procedures which are currently being finalised and will be made available via the Network Operator website.
